I dragged in a .flac file on a stereo track, and the waveform shows multiple channels: 2 Stereo Files, and 2 mono files.
Looking for a method in Cubase Pro to split our route the different parts to their own track or file?
I think a screenshot of the audio track involved after the import would help, because I don’t get the “2 stereo Files, and 2 mono files” part…
EDIT - Beside this, the first thing I could think of is to tick the Split Channels option, while using the File > Import > Audio File command, instead of dragging the involved file directly on an audio track. This should work also with multichannels (>2) audio files.

Ignore the markers, they are not lined up at all yet.
OK. Have you tried to redo the import process, using the Split Channels option ?
