Split stereo wav file in cubase 10

Hi! Can anybody tell me is it possible to split a stereo file in the pool and use only one of the channels?

I don’t think it is possible in the pool, afaik you have to put the file on a stereo track first.

Yes, I don’t meen I want to do it in the pool. But haw can I split the channels on a stereo track?

Just select the audio track and execute [Project > Convert Tracks > Multi-Channel to Mono]. This creates separate tracks for each channel.
