Quick question I really can’t find the answer to online:
Does anyone know how to have the split tool split only the top event when there are multiple takes layered on top of each other? For example, say I only want to split the most recent take to remove an unwanted section, but I don’t want to create a “split/cut” on all other takes behind it (which might confuse me when editing in the future), can I configure the split tool to do that?
This really feels like a stupid question and I’m sorry in advance, but I know it’s possible (I remember in Cubase 3 it would always split the top event only)…
