Hi. Using 2.0.27 (Mac) everytime project is saved, Actions and Shortcuts are not saved and next opening of the project, get lost and losing MIDI assignments.
… I’ve tried it. But it’s fine for me. Are all Actions lost? Or only the MIDI assignment? Or the the MIDI Input? Have you tried it with a fresh project? Still the same?

Do you know when the « copy/paste » feature from one DMX Channel to another wiil be delivered? It would be such a great improvement. (We have several gigs after the Summer and the lights configuration takes ages 
)

Hi Michael,
I have the same issue on mac (also in previous versions). The Keyboard actions/shortcuts are saved, but all Midi assignments from my Controller are gone. This happens also when I leave everything plugged in and just restart VSTL. Also with different Midi Controllers.
VSTL does recognize the Midi Input under Connections, but Actions and Shortcuts doesn’t.

… let’s say you have 4 events on channel 100. You copy the events, you select channel 50 and execute a paste operation. Then the copied events will be added to channel 50. That way?

@Spork Yep perfect! The 4 events paste on Channel 50 where the locator is. If it’s more simple to paste it on the same Timecode than on Channel 100 it will be ok as the copy/PASTE on same Channel is working well. Yep i would prefere a way to tell wich channel to paste to without having to select it, way faster without needing to scroll the vertical channel bar and select it and without loosing lane focus on the first channel.
Let’s say i need to do flashing and fading on a long event to be duplicated on channel 1-2-60-61-80-81 (real example). Now i’m forced to do it for each channel .
If i had a button “paste to channel”, with a popup field to type in the channel number, i can stay on channel 1, do my edit in pieces, and once in a while, while still focusing the bottom lane on channel 1, select points edited and paste partial work to each channel (at the same timestamp of the original!!! If i need to move timestamp anyway i can do later with “hand tool” but usually if i copy from a channel to another i really want it duplicated at the same timestamp) without scrolling the channel bar and selecting it, but remaining on channel 1 to continue editing without up and downs.
Just my 2 cents 
. In the end any way to speed up work is welcome!

… but I bet you would scroll to channel 60 to see if the paste operation was successfully, no? What about a Right-Click with a Context-Menu? You would scroll up to channel 60, right click and select “Paste at Cursor Position”?

Mmh … why not both? In the beginning i would check (so context menu is fine) … once confident i would aim for speed of execution and stay on my lane. Context menu does not exclude a button with popup no?
Anyway, whatever comes would be really apreciated absolutely!

Me too, Sonoma 14.5
All Midi assignments are lost on restart. I realized that if re-setup the midi asignments and then try to use the function save to file, the program creates the file but the assignments are not saved to the file. If I try to re-open the file assignments using VST Live version 1.4.70 the assignments are not loaded (I think because 2.0.27 did no save them) If I try to save the actions using 1.4.70 and this file is openend using 2.0.27 then the MIDI assignments are loaded with no problem but also lost on every restart.
Pleeeease, use one thread per issue. It takes a lot of time to sort these things.

we’ve found the problem. With newer macOS systems the Actions are lost while saving the project. We are really sorry for that. It’s fixed now. Please re-try with the next Pre-Release.
