Hi, when I place staccato marks on grace notes, I am only able to have them outside the staff (whether set to note-side or stem-side placement).
I have staccato articulations set to be allowed in the staff in the Engraving Options, and Dorico does otherwise place staccato marks in the staff, but not when they are placed on grace notes.
I personally think the default is likely fine (I’d have to consult Behind Bars to double check the convention). However, to do what you are wanting, select the notehead, go to engrave mode, open the properties panel, and change the y offset of the articulation.

As long I can move them in Engrave Mode, I’ll be fine.
As a suggestion, I would get rid of the slash in the grace note. Also, just so you know, consulting Elaine Gould’s Behind Bars, “place articulation for grace notes where it will be most conspicuous – this will usually be outside the stave since scaled-down articulation is difficult to see on the stave.”
