Hello!
I can’t seem to figure out how to have these two staves appear as “Percussion I” and “Percussion II” respectively. They just read the instrument that plays first. However, I would like to maintain the instrument change labels as they show. Is this possible? Changing the name of the players didn’t seem to do the trick.
The iPad version can do this. So, we can expect it in Dorico 4.

Indeed, you will be able to specify on the Staves and Systems page of Layout Options which players should use their player name rather than their instrument name(s) for staff labels. This feature is indeed coming in Dorico 4.
