Is it possible to define from what fret the tablature starts, for example that the smallest number is 1 (no open strings). I’m able to move one tabulature-note from one string to another, but I would like change the settings of whole tablature.
The team seems to be working on a somewhat comprehensive positioning/tablature/ fingering solution for guitar, we need to be patient… 
At the moment it is not possible!

Perhaps I’m not understanding the requirement, but if you want to specify that the first fret on a particular string is 1, you can do that via the Edit Strings and Tuning dialog.
