Steinberg Activation Manager no license has been found

Hi,
i have problem that i cannot resolve with “help”
i have new laptop and new instalation of “Get your plus content” that comes with UR-C hardware
I cannot activate Anima wavetable and Wavelab LE 11
on old computer was okey - after reading and perform “help center” tips my problem is still unresolved

I don’t have much experience with Wavelab LE 11 specifically but it could be that generally speaking, WaveLab is authorized with the eLicenser app at this time and won’t be part of the new Steinberg Activation Manager until next month.
