Yes my friend, if you read the post I linked to you will see I have given credit for the help and suggestions to all who have posted on this thread, especially Grim who was the first to suggest looking into emails. I was reluctant at first to start changing email address as I still have no recollection of making such changes to begin with.
However, I have learned a great deal from this and, right now, I’m enjoying having my licenses back on line.
