After terrible woes downloading large files via this cranky app, taking days instead of hours. I now find that when I open the app all of my many products are set to “Install”, even though they are already installed.
Steinberg have managed to confuse me so much that i do not have a clue how to find out what products I might need to install and what are already up to date. I really expect better than this from Steinberg. NI have a similar app and it simply works

This is how the application is designed (I agree with you, it’s not the best design and the users expect more). Unfortunately it forgets all installations, once you quit it and it doesn’t scan all the installations during the next start.
