Steinberg CI2+ and macOS Catalina 10.15.5

Is anybody using a Steinberg CI2+ box with macOS Catalina 10.15.5? I can’t get mine to work. I’ve installed the latest version of both Steinberg’s Tools for CI2 and Yamaha’s own CI2 driver, but it isn’t even being recognised, i.e. Catalina doesn’t even register that it’s been connected to the USB port.

I’ve ruled out a problem with the CI2+ itself, or with the USB port or the cable. It works fine with Windows 7 and Windows 10, and other devices work fine in that USB port.

Update: I’ve got it working now, although I don’t know how. I tried reinstalling the drivers again and even though it appeared to do exactly what it did the first time, it now works.
