Steinberg Classics download problem

I downloaded the FREE Steinberg Classics VST3 using download manager and it does “install” on my external drive OSX folder but it doesn’t appear in Library Manager. My OSX folder has the files in .dmg (mac Sonoma) format. If I dbl click it opens the usual package installer and I can click thru to finish the install but nothing is actually installed as far as I can tell. I expected that .vstsound files would be created inside a “Steinberg Classics” folder but only the package installer I originally initiated is there. I’m using Halion Sonic 7 with Cubase 13. Help!

If you refer to the recently released Neon, VB-1, CS-40, …
These are all VST3 plugins. They are not libraries for Halion and there are no .vstsound files included.
In case you are using a custom made plugin collection (see VST Plugin Manager) you’ll need to add the plugins to your collection manually.
