I can’t find it. I need it because I want to make a plugin. I clicked on the link in the forum sticky but it sends me to a 404 page(error/unavailable). Can anyone help me with this? Is it still required to sign the document? Why is the official forum sending me a 404? Maybe this just happened recently and nobody really noticed. Either way, can someone please get back to me on this?
