But can you please make a extra collum in the Steinberg download manager.
“Add date” or release date, that should make things clearer, for me at least.
I guess for everyone 
There are several updates planned for the Steinberg Download Assistant in the coming months and one should contain a better guidance on what has been updated among the list of components.
For Cubase 11 and Nuendo 11 with the long list of download choices, you can still use the regular download pages showing the dates of what was updated when.
