Steinberg download assistant problem

Hi there,

i’m trying to download Cubase LE and Wavelab LE as part of a Zoom H2n recorder buy, but appears to be an error message:

" a connection to the download server could not be established. Check your inernet connection and try again"'.

Of course there is not an internet problem, i downloaded the latest Java version, i diss the AV, nothing happens…

Help!

My laptop is running W7 64bit version

Double-check your Firewall and Antivirus, please. Maybe one of them is blocking the communication with the server.

i switch off completely the Antivirus, but the problem is there… the same message, “internet connection error”…
