Interesting, I just purchased and installed Elements 10 and have the same issues, I get a window that says "Some content could not be loaded. Either, licenses are missing, or trial licenses have expired:

However, Cubase in general seems to be working fine as It has reccognized and I have mapped my Prosonus Audio Interface.
In additon I can find ANY of my preveously recorded music/tracks that I recorded with LE.
Just installed Steinberg Download Assistant and it won’t even start ! : /
Tried re-installing but no dice, not a good start Steinberg… ticket raised
