Steinberg is wrongly keeping my money (Halion Sonic 7 to Halion 7 upgrade)

I need a contact to Steinberg finance or administration departement. They ignore the fact that I have paid for an upgrade from Halion Sonic 7 to Halion 7. The information about the price was not easy to understand so I paid too little. I got a download code but of course I could not use it. I made a ticket but they just say I should ask here for help for contact info. I think they should have notised that something is wrong and sent me a mail and send my money back. But no. Dead silince from them I really dont know what to do. Help!

There isn’t an upgrade from Halion sonic 7 to Halion.
Halion sonic 7 is a free download.

I’m being pedantic here, I know, but is it possible the OP upgraded from the HS Collection, thinking that was the same thing as vanilla HS 7?
