Steinberg Library manager does not load vstsound

Steinberg Library manager does not load vstsound.

I wat use HALion and Retrogue.

Is I click the FCP_SMT_001_HS_Synths_01.vstsound - The library registration pop up - install to default location - OK - than I got this message:

I have installed the latest software.

I use MacBook Air M3 and Cubace LE 13, latest version.

Wat can I do?

Hi,

This is HALion Sonic vstsound. HALion Sonic is not part of Cubase license (any edition). Only HALion Sonic SE is part of Cubase license. Depending on the specific license, some files might not be part fo the given license. LE is the lowest edition, therefore most of the libraries are missing.
