Steinberg Licence Engine is not responding?

After reaching the support trough email, they gave me this solution that worked for me :

  1. Quit all running Applications.
  2. Click on the Finder.
  3. Click on the Go menu hold down the option key and click on Library when it shows up.
  4. Reboot the computer just to clear anything that might be hung up.
  5. Navigate to Mac HD > Library > Application Support > Steinberg
  6. Delete the Activation Manager folder.
  7. Open the Application Support > Steinberg.
  8. Delete the Activation Manager folder
  9. Install this version : Steinberg Activation Manager | Steinberg
  10. Create a new admin user on your computer and then switch to that account
  11. Launch the activation manager from the new admin account and see if it is working.
