Just bought Ambient Lounge VST Sound Loop Set from the Steinberg shop. Installed it and can see it in the Steinberg Library Manager.
Also registerd ok in eLicenser.
I cannot see it in the media bay, even using the file browser. Have tried moving it around a few times to other locations, deleting and re-installing.
Spent a couple of hours trying to solve it with some frustration.
BTW the way, trying to submit a support ticket seems to be a nightmare - just go around an endless loop of sites.
