please contact the official Steinberg Support to create a ticket, a quick discussion I had with my colleagues lead us to the conclusion that your problem needs systematic treatment, gathering system information etc. which is best done by the Steinberg Support.

This might be related to SIP being disabled on your Mac. Please ensure that SIP is enabled.
