Steinberg online shop not accepting credit card payments

Since yesterday, I have made several attempts to purchase Nuendo 8 through the Steinberg shop.

Yesterday I tried to use a Visa and went as far as to contact the Credit Card fraud dept, and Visa Verification, to see why I wasnt able to successfully make this purchase and both said they showed no activity on my card at all.

I keep getting a message that the payment did not go through and that I will not be debited, and I wasnt.

Today I tried again with a Mastercard, it still did not work.

Can anyone tell me what is going on with this payment interface?
