Steinberg Virtual Guitar Software

Can anyone tell me where I can get some Virtual Guitar Software which in the past has been produced by Steinberg. I read that Steinberg no longer produce it. If that’s true where can I download a previous version second hand on the Web.

Also does anyone know how much it would cost to buy this software. It does not appear on the Steinberg Web Site.

AFAIK this product is discontinued because of licence issue with WIZOO.
Once in a while you will find Virtual Guitar 2 on ebay - but the price reaches around 500,- €.

If anyone knows a software, which can replace Virtual Guitar 2, please drop a note :slight_smile:

If you are Windows based, look for a copy of Cubasis VST 5, which often sells on ebay for something around €10-15. Its got Easy Electric guitar and Easy Acoustic Guitar VSTs on it, which you can install without installing Cubasis. I’ve run these VSTs under Win8.

No MAC support - Cubasis 5 is Win only. And I’m running Win8 64bit and SX2. Does this look familiar?
