Steinberg VSTi's and Keyboard Controller's

I use CB 11 pro on pc with windows 10. The 2 keyboards I use are correctly setup and shown in the Studio setup. The main keyboard used for quick controls, etc, will not play or record any of the Steinberg instruments. Every third party vsti works great.

Could you attach some screenshots of the setup, please?

How do you load the VSTi? Do you use a Track Preset or do you load it from scratch? Is the MIDI Input set to All MIDI Input on the track? Do you use any Input Transformer by any chance?
