Well, about 18 months ago I sold my Cubase Pro 13 license because of temporary financial difficulties and have bitterly regretted it ever since. I was actually on the verge of ordering an upgrade from Cubase AI to Cubase Artist yesterday but held off while I checked what I’d be losing. Then this offer popped up and, as I’ve still got a Dorico Pro licence, I’ll be able to take advantage of it. Thank you Steinberg - you’ve made an old man very happy.

What a deal! Happy birthday Steinberg! Now I’m curious how many Dorico users use Absolute (particularly for the full version of Halion) and how that’s going for you. In particular I’d love to stop using Kontakt with Dorico/Cubase, but are there 3rd party VSTs for Halion?

Hi @Matthias_Quellmann, I am a Nuendo 12 user and a Spectralayers 11 user. There are no loyalty offers in my voucher section. I’m curious specifically about upgrading to Nuendo 13. Thanks for your time.

We just had Nuendo and Spectralayers on sale in May. But if you update to Nuendo 13 (regular price) you’ll get a loyalty rebate on Dorico Pro, Absolute and WaveLab Pro.

Hi I went to the voucher section but Cubase Pro 13 which I purchased, does not appear there. I purchased back in November 2023 just after it was released? Am I missing something?

I upgraded to Wavelab 12 just yesterday - 1 day before :persevere:

But I actually didn’t activate it yet so I have the rebate voucher sitting there in mysteinberg account. What should I do??

Since you have a Cubase Pro 13 in your account, you have vouchers for the loyalty rebate for Dorico Pro, WaveLab Pro and Absolute in your account.

Thanks M i misunderstood. I thought i would get rebate on CB 13 pro but I appreciate that this is the qualification for vouchers against other products.

Hello everyone,
Dorico 5 Pro user here. I was considering to purchase Cubase 13 Pro using the 40th Anniversary sale.

I read that the sale is until September 25, but my 70% loyalty rebate voucher says “This offer is only valid until October 9th, 2024.” So, which date should I consider? That would be great if I could purchase Cubase in October.

Agree that this is a generous offer - but I upgraded from Dorico 5 Elements to Dorico 5 Pro only 3 weeks ago. No grace period?
