Any idea how I can make the two stems on beat 2 (upstem voices) to be at the exakt same horizontal position?

Change the snare to a dotted eighth.
That’s what had before. But I would prefer a quarter note.
Then see if you can set the horizontal offset of the quarter and the note above it both to zero.
They are both set to 0. But changing the horizontal offset doesn’t move the notes at all.
I guess you have a tough decision to make then.
Surprised the column index doesn’t help, but you are correct: it does not.
You could fiddle with the X notehead (or make a new one) … (increase size slightly and adjust the stem attachment point…)
I was afraid there‘s no easy way.
