Stems offset from notes in one specific score

What is happening here??? Why is happening here???

Library menu>Notehead sets…>Larger noteheads

Do a reset to the two noteheads that have a red triangle (overrides) and everything is back ok! You probably have messed with that one way or another…

Thanks, no idea how on earth I could have altered that. Never opened that window and this was a fresh project, created and saw on the first notes that something was wrong..!

After experimenting with changing various settings, options, etc., I found that the stem offset can also be fixed by going into Library > Music Fonts… , and clicking OK.
