Step ARP just works sometimes

Hello,

Bought this recently and sometimes it works and sometimes not. I’m talking about the step mode (arp works always). This one stays at step 1 often. Is this a known bug or what?

I’m having this same issue. When I go to turn on the arp, it won’t progress past step 1. I’m guessing Lost Memories Software makes the arp? How do you get in touch with them?

When it doesn’t work, I can copy the step configuration from a working preset. But many times, starting from the init preset, arp doesn’t work in step mode.
