Any automation created in the lower part of the GA6 pattern editor does not get copied into the project page with the rest of the pattern to midi conversion.
If you do the same using the actual Cubase pattern editor (not the one in GA) it works fine.
So for example if you do a pitch change for an individual drum you will lose this in the project.

Currently, this works by design due to technical reasons.
