Hi friends! I’m currently using Eternity Choirs and the Walker Steinway in a project. The problem is the sample libraries are not synced and play at different times. Per suggestions in the forum, I placed a mono delay on the piano track. It worked great, but now the piano is in mono and not stereo. Is there a stereo delay plugin included in Dorico? Also, while I’m here, is there a better way than trial and error to determine the amount of delay? Im new to using sample libraries in Dorico. Thanks so much for your thoughts!
Hi James,
I’m not aware of a simple setting or plugin coming with Dorico that helps to compensate for the latency of different instruments. However, there is a free plugin by Voxengo that might do what you’re looking for. It needs a bit of getting used to but works as expected:
Thank you, Martin! I’ll give it a try
Another option would be to use the per-switch delay feature in Dorico’s expression maps to compensate for the delay.

I’ll give that a try. Thanks, Daniel!
