Stereo grayed out

Hi there,

Newbie here, and just finding my way around Cubasis. Perhaps someone might help me solve a small issue I’m having. The problem is I can’t seem to find how to record in stereo. After creating an audio track and then choosing the Routing tab, I get a pop up with four choices: first is mono, then stereo(greyed out) Audiobus and inter app. Can anyone tell me why the stereo tab is greyed out?

Thanks for your message.

The iPad microphone itself is mono, that’s the reason the stereo input option is greyed out.

Using external CC compatible audio devices (such as our UR series) appropriately equipped allows to record stereo files and more.
