Is it possible to delay only the left channel of a stereo track to create a wider sound? Im talking 15 milliseconds or so…
Yes, try Mixer Delay found under Surround plugins.
You can do it with the Cubase plugin “Mixer Delay”, I think it’s under “Tools” in the standard Cubase plugin categories. This will allow you to set up a delay for a single channel in milliseconds.
Alternatively, Voxengo’s free “Sound Delay” plugin allows you to do this in samples.

Perfect. Thanks heaps. I was thinking maybe the stereo delay plugin would also do the trick but haven’t had a chance to try it out. I’ll definitely check out that voxengo plugin as well as try the mixer delay. Thanks again guys.
