Hi,
I can see, you are using the Tiner on the Stereo Input and only the Right Channel is fed by the signal. Isn’t this the issue?
Could you use it on the Mono Channel, please?

I was following this thread and thought I had fixed my problem which is very similar only I use an integrated device to monitor the sound through the Mac’s speakers. I keep wandering if that is the reason why I can’t use the tuner. Input seems to be ok, left mono channel. I see activity in the stereo in but the I add the tuner, nothing…

So what do you use for input? Why not create a mono input bus to rule out incorrect channel routing.
The aggregated device for input. The strange thing is it lists 4 aggregated devices. The first two are stereo and the others are left and right
Try mono input bus like I said. Confirm you still get audio to track. Then you should get tuner working also.
Don’t know where to post this exactly. I think I’ve ruined everything when deleting my aggregated device and reinstalling the UR 12 driver… it doesn’t appear in the MIDI settings anymore.
I saw this post and am trying the step to Change the macOS security policy but I’m afraid to do so because I had already installed it some time ago and it was working. The installation instructions quote “This is required only if the Yamaha Steinberg USB Driver, the Yamaha Steinberg Thunderbolt Driver or the TOOLS software that includes the driver is installed on an Apple silicon-based Mac for the first time. “
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver several times but no luck
