Stop auto-hiding empty staves how?

Hello,

How do I prevent Cubase 6.5 (Win10) from hiding staves when they contain empty bars?

I have been using Reset Layout to show hidden bars but that creates more headaches I have to re-do many adjustments I already did.

So bottom-line is -

I want to keep ALL staves showing up in my Notation Scores and prevent Cubase from ever ’ hiding ’ these empty ones?

All these many years & I haven’t found the answer myself in the manuals!
