Strange "coupling" of same-length audio tracks

Hi, some time ago one of my projects started behaving strangely. Suddenly during a session, audio events of the same size started to get “coupled”. This means, any action taken to one audio event happens to all audio events at the same place with the exact same length. I.e., I mark one, all are marked. I delete one, all are deleted. I process one, all are processed.
If one audio track is trimmed to the same size as others in the same place, they get coupled. If I move an audio event to a section with other audio events of the same size, they all get coupled.

I assume that I accidentaly accessed some kind of shortcut command, but I can’t for the life of me undo it. Please help me make it stop.

It happened in Cubase 13 and has carried over to 14. Windows 11 /64. Only this specific project.

Thanks.

Hi and welcome to the forum,

It looks like you have the Audio Events in a Folder Track and the Group Editing is enabled on the Folder Track.

Thank you! Problem solved. \o/

And thank you for the welcome. I’ve actually frequented this forums for years, but never had a compelling reason to post before.
