Strange icons in sidebar search - what does it mean? (Solved or Semi-Issue: Included Content Sets)

I recently upgraded to Nuendo 13 from Cubase 13 and every time I search for audio loops in the sidebar, I get these strange icons:

Also, the files in question are not accessible to me. Why?

How can I fix this?

Open MediaBay proper and rescan the folders containing these files, ideally the top-level directory (right-click Rescan disk).

thanks! but the issue is solved. it appears somehow this content got installed despite me not owning the license to that content. I am still figuring out if that was my own mistake or if Cubase/Nuendo came with these preinstalled.
