Is it possible to name the strings of the TAB staff for altered tunings like the example?
My book for my last CD had this (from Sibelius) and I like the look of it. However the new CD book is being prepared in Dorico 4 and I can’t find anything similar other than just creating a text box or doing the shift-X thing.

Not sure if you can do this. I haven’t found a way. You should edit this and add the “Feature request” tag if nobody can show you how. I would like to see this feature implemented.
There’s no built-in feature to do this at the present time, but it’s something we plan to add in a future version of the software.
