I set up everything and seemed to work nice with versions 2.2.23 until I started to play my launchkey mk4 connected via usb to my MacBook. I get very often random stuck midi notes. independently of the vst synth I may use. Is there any solution? I tried to change the midi settings but I keep getting these midi errors.
I got the same problem yesterday (Macbook Pro, Intel) when I updated to the newest version. Í tried everything and nothing helped until I uninstalled VST Live, then tried several previous versions all back to 2.1.x and the stuck notes problem was suddenly gone.

let me re-phrase it. You bot are running VST Live on a macOS system. You are playing a VSTi live with an external MIDI device. Right? And sometimes you have hanging notes. Right? The VSTi does not matter? Or is it only with a specific Instrument?

Yes. Macbook Pro 2017 Intel, 16 GB RAM. The VSTi doesn’t matter. I’m using an external keyboard controller (NI Komplete Kontrol) via USB. I tried connecting it through the 5-pin MIDI port in my interface (Steinberg UR22C) but the stuck notes problem remained.
Exactly the same here. Tried different controllers and all possible injections. Always the same issue with hanging notes
I just tried 2.2.30 on a M2 Mac Studio and got the same hanging notes problem so it’s not processor dependent.
