Hello and good morning or good afternoon! I’m using all of the virtual sounds and libraries that come with Dorico Pro v6. I’m needing some suggestions for good playback sounds for baritone horns (both treble and bass clef). Any suggestions would be helpful! Thanks so much!

I’m specifically needing Dorico sounds. I thought I mentioned that in my post, but maybe it wasn’t clear enough. I know about NotePerformer, but I’m needing a Dorico sound library please. I’m creating a custom playback template when I share v2 of my marching band project template.
How do you define a “Dorico sound”? If you mean anything that comes bundled with Dorico, you’re out of luck. If you mean anything compatible with Dorico, NotePerformer will absolutely do the trick. If you mean for the HALion plugin specifically, someone else will have to do the research. 
A Project Template does not reference a specific Playback Template.

Uh… yes it can. I created a custom playback template from the HALion Sonic and Iconica Sketch libraries. I then exported the custom playback template and I’ll be including it when I release v2 of my marching band template.
The playback template is not embedded in a project template.
When you create a project from a project template, Dorico will apply whatever playback template is specified in your personal Preferences (Preferences>Play>Playback Template). This allows Project Templates to be agnostic about the sound libraries available to the user.

I had to read through the thread a few times before I got it. (I misunderstood you the same way Janus did.) You’re saying that you plan to share a custom playback template alongside with your marching band template. Now it makes sense.
(I can’t help - I still only use Auto as I don’t really need advanced playback and those settings intimidate me.)
Stating the obvious…
T.C. & B.C. Baritone are the same instrument — only the notation is different. The Euphonium (while it may be technically different) is often interchanged and may be suitable. I have seen threads stating the Euphonium is in Sketch.

NotePerformer is very good and very easy to use with Dorico. After purchasing it, install it, the playback template is automatically added to Dorico, then you just assign the NotePerformer playback template to your project, and then you’re good to go.

Yes, yes it is! I forgot about that!
So is Spotify, and like many musicians I know I avoid that one. (I also know some former Spotify employees who have given me additional reasons.)
Not making any other comparison to NotePerformer. I’m sure Wallander is no Daniel Ek.

I agree with @jesele 100%. Arnie Wallander is amazingly helpful and NotePerformer has been a huge asset for music notation users for many years. If we are going to compare Mr. Wallander to people named Daniel then somebody like Mr. Spreadbury would be a more apt comparison!
