Suggestion for improving the Sampler Track!

I’d like to share some ideas for enhancing the Sampler Track in Cubase.

  1. Personally, I find that a quick sample-switching button is missing.
For example: If I want to load the next sound from the same folder, it would be ideal to have “Next” and “Back” buttons directly on the Sampler interface. This would allow for quick and easy navigation through the contents of the folder from which the current WAV sample was loaded.

1.2 Furthermore, if I’ve saved a “Track Preset” for the Sampler Track, it would be logical and very useful to be able to cycle through my saved sound presets—the ones I’ve configured within the Sampler—using similar controls!

  1. A monophonic mode button, along with a “Glide” (portamento) control.
I would place these controls within the red “Pitch” section; that would make much more sense!
Moreover, when I’m teaching beginners, I often have to go out of my way to explain that these two functions are actually located in a completely different part of the Sampler interface.

Yes, I like to do this. Same thing for Drum Machine.
