In Notation Options, barlines, would be useful to have an option for having the final barline across all staves only for the last flow of the project.
I know it could set that way individually per flow, but a global default would be nice.

It would have to be in Layout Options, as it would affect the last Flow in the Layout!
No, Ben is correct. It would be Layout Options, not Notation Options.
Yes, but Notation Options is flow specific - it doesn’t know whether a flow is the first flow in the layout, the last flow in the layout or anywhere in between.
