It would probably more helpful to understand your issue if you could show your screen in a video.
Well, then it is an issue on your particular system, not a general problem.
I guess updating graphic card’s driver would be step 1 for troubleshooting.
They’re not my videos.
So it happens to others too.
You can even see this problem in Steinberg’s official video.
My drivers are up to date.
Spectrogram from Melda works smoothly on my card.
I also use Reaper, Izotope RX and many other audio programs and
I have no problems with graphics.
Only Cubase 13 has problems with graphics.
