As an electronic producer I’m always checking how my waveforms translate in RekordBox or other DJ software which use an RGB waveform display. I’m also always running supervision on my outputs to check the waveform in real time while producing, however as far as I’ve seen supervision doesn’t have an option for RGB waveforms. This would be something that would be super helpful to many electronic producers. Right now on the market there’s a plugin called MiniMeters which does a good job of it but I see no reason why supervision can’t have this option.
The wavescope is what I was referring to as it shows the waveforms. I’ve just updated to CB14 now and I see the color settings that you’ve displayed there however this is not a useful color display. The color spectrum should be linked to frequency content as it is in DJ software with red being bass, green being mids and blue being highs. Here’s an example of what it looks like. Right away I can tell that the top channel is all bass, looks like kick drums, where as the bottom channel I can see snare and hi hat hits as well the kicks.
