So one of the things I was looking forward to, in getting cubase 13, was to be able to ask Steinberg for help, as with my Cubase 8.5, I have problems unresolved on the forum. So I go to the site where it says phone and chat support are available and I call the number and the message is that there is no phone nor chat support -use email. So I do and have to wait 24-48 hours for a reply. Since flagged and hidden, I have modified so only facts and no opinion are left.

I kinda understand why, they are probably flooded with question from incompetent people that do not take the time to learn the software, calling all things bugs when in fact it is user error or do not understand a specific feature.
this is sadly the outcome when the intro price of the software is so low.
It takes years to be able to use a software like this efficiently.
so you are better of using google, these forums, the manual or try figuring it out yourself. It’s a faster way to learn aswell.

Here is one. Advised to abandon the attempt to remap and start a new project, when I am trying to save the midi recorded drum parts to play on the VAD while having a sensible score. No explanation why following the directions and duplicating, then modifying and renaming a drum map doesn’t keep the name, either.
