Support does NOT Respond - Bad Intro for Sonar User

FWIW, I just had my second positive experience with Steinberg support. I have an odd issue with locators covering up measures in the key editor, and I thought I would try my luck with chat support. I only was waiting a few minutes until a real person came on. I showed him the issue, we went through a few quick things (drivers, prefs, etc), and he agreed it may be an issue. A ticket was opened immediately. Total time expended was less than 15 minutes.

Coming from Sonar, this is heaven.

Are you USA by any chance?
I’m UK and don’t seem to have Chat Support - plus NO Local Phone Number.

For the UK the cheapest option is to buy some Skype credit and use it to phone the European (German) number. Much cheaper than standard international calls.
