Support doesn't answer: Redownload Full installer

Hi, I previously only used Windows PCs, now I got a MacBook and need to install Halion 5. However, I don’t find a full installer. I wrote support already, but no answer yet. I searched within my asknet account, within mysteinberg account, the FTP site… Nothing to be found. I mean, I’ve got the license on my key, but cannot download my licensed product?

Does anybody know how to proceed?

How do I do a clean install of Halion 5 with the license on the eLC without an installer??
