Currently, colour pallette available in Cubase is very limited. Could you implement support for full colour palette?
Like in Reaper
The current Cubase interface does let you access the full color palette. Granted you can’t select a color by entering a numeric code - which would be a nice addition. But there is no color you can select in Reaper that you can’t also select in Cubase.
OK, but how to set mixer channel color to whatever color I want? There is only very limited number of colours to choose.
Go to the Select Colors drop-down menu. Select Project Colors, add as many new color entries as you want. Save that as your default palette for future use. There are some threads on the forum where folks have posted large palettes they’ve created.
