I have just purchased Cubase 14 and had an issue for which I submitted a support request. After six days (as of the date of this post) I have heard nothing back. Whilst I have (with help via the forum) been able to find a fix, though I still do not fully understand some aspects of the issue, I wanted to know from your experiences how long Steinberg generally took to reply to support requests?

I am now up to 14 days without any response, so given no one on the forum has replied to this post, I assume I am somewhat of an outlier and that everyone else has responses far sooner. Is this correct?
No that’s not correct as a quick search of the forum would show.
support from Steinberg is sadly abysmal… to be fair, they probably get loads of support tickets where 90% of the time the issue is not with Cubase itself, but a misbehaving plugin, a computer issue or simply user error, but I have had real bugs I reported that were eventually acknowledged, but it took weeks.
