Support Ticket

I need a new activation code as I’ve upgraded my windows … I’ve filled out a support ticket but it took 6 weeks to get a response.
I’ve been a monthly Sonar Platinum subscriber & as you’ve probably heard of Cakewalks plight so also thinking of having Cubase as my main door.

So why does it take so long to get a reply from a support ticket ?

Cubase 9.5 just came out, and Absolute 3 was on sale. They’re flooded with help requests.
