I have installed the upgrade to Cubase 7.0.7. and I am having problems. These problems seem to be in the software.
I sent a support request 3 times to Steinberg without response. Is it normal for the system to send an acknowledgement email when a request is lodged successfully? How do I know if they received the support request or not?

Whenever I have sent a support request on the steinberg.net site I have received an acknowledgement email pretty much instantly.
